International Agricultural Fair is the largest and most important agro event in the Central and South-eastern Europe.
For 85 years, it is the top representative event of Novi Sad, Vojvodina and Serbia. It is much more than an event. It stimulates transnational and economic cooperation through modern concept, integrates development of knowledge, production and science. Along with that, it promotes importance of innovation and represents the synthesis of experience and achievements in Serbian agriculture, it provides a strong support to Serbian economy, and its and its overall contribution and importance can be measured through accomplishments of exhibitors attained under its roof.
A friend country of the 85th International Agricultural Fair is France. Companies and businesses from 28 countries registered for direct appearance at the Fair. Compared to the previous year, there will be significantly more companies from Turkey, Ukraine and Italy, followed by the ones from Russia, Great Britain and Luxemburg, which were not represented last year. Their offers will present companies from Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Czech Republic, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Croatia, India, Israel, China, Hungary, Macedonia, Germany, Romania, Russia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.
Respective government ministries will be present at the Fair, representatives from the Provincial government, as well as representatives of the Chambers of Commerce of Serbia and Vojvodina, the Cities of Novi Sad and Belgrade. All banks that conduct business on the territory of our country and have offers for agricultural producers, will also be present at the Novi Sad Fair in May, together with leasing and insurance companies. National livestock exhibition will be organised with support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy of the Republic of Serbia, and the best locally bred specimen will be displayed. In cooperation with the Ministry, now on the new and bigger location in Hall 6, will be held exhibitions of organic produce and produce with geographical origin mark, along with the Serbian craft breweries.
