Austrian programme getting more and more varied

An delegation from Austria, this year’s International Agricultural Fair’s Partner Country, visited the Novi Sad Fair today in order to finalise the details regarding their presentation at the event.

According to Christian Bravenz, PhD, agricultural attaché at the Austrian Embassy in Zagreb, the first day will feature a round-table discussion on ecology. Representatives of the European Committee are expected to talk about "The Future of Agriculture: different points of view between the European Committee, Austria, Serbia and opportunities for future cooperation".

Apart from the already announced seminars and professional events, special attention will be paid to Austrian culture though a number of events organised all over Novi Sad, concerts of young musicians and exhibitions of sculptures made of old parts of agricultural machines.

The International Agricultural Fair will be held between 12th and 18th May at the Novi Sad Fair.
