12.10.2011.
The 11th "Car Show - Novi Sad" has been declared open today at the Novi Sad Fair. The event features premieres of 31 cars.
A member of the Executive Board of the Novi Sad Fair, Bojan Gajić, PhD said that the Car Show and the leading car dealers in Serbia had managed to organise this year’s event despite the very difficult financial situation which has had a strong impact on the car industry.
- Thanks to our joint commitments, we have managed to reach an agreement with the exhibitors and organise this year’s Car Show, where the visitors will have an opportunity to see 31 premieres, Gajić said.
The Car Show was officially declared open by car designer Saša Milovančević, who is currently working on the first Serbian vehicle to take part in the famous "24 Hours of Le Mans".
He advised the visitors to "allow to be taken in by the exhibits, since the car is a symbol of freedom and emotion".
The list of exhibitors includes almost all car dealers in Serbia, some dealers of cargo vehicles, traders of equipment and spare parts, banks, leasing and insurance companies.
The Car Show finishes on Sunday, 16th October. The working hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the admission is 300 dinars.
