Deadlines for submitting the materials

The signer of the application form is obliged to submit the material for printing (texts either embedded in a video clip or on a CD) to the Novi Sad Fair at least 15 days before the beginning of a fair event. Should they fail to do so, the Fair shall use the information available, if any. If there is no information available, the signer shall pay all expenses listed in the application form as if the service has been provided.
Materials for CD: 800 x 600 jpg format.
Materials for the web-site - banners: jpg or gif format, 468 x 60.

Cancellation deadlines

Once submitted, the application is irrevocable and obliges the signer, unless cancelled under the following conditions:

CATALOGUE
At least 15 days before the beginning of a fair event, when the signer is obliged to pay 10% of the total amount for the service ordered, upon being issued an invoice.
Should the order be cancelled after this deadline or should the material not be submitted, the signer is obliged to pay the total amount for the service ordered.

RADIO SAJAM
Should the order be cancelled after an invoice has been issued, the signer is obliged to pay 10% of the total amount for the service ordered.

ADVERTISING SPACES
For contracts covering a period of one year, not more than 15 days after the application is signed.
For other advertising spaces, at least five days before the beginning of a fair event.

Payment methods and procedures

The client is obliged to submit a signed application and a blank bill of exchange as a payment instrument. Upon receiving a signed application, the Fair shall issue a pro-forma invoice for all services selected in the application form.
The client is obliged to execute this payment before the provision of service begins, according to the prices stipulated. After the service has been provided the client shall be issued the FINAL INVOICE, stipulating all the services used and tax calculation, as envisaged by applicable laws.
Should the client fail to execute the payment before the deadline, accrued interest shall be charged.
Should the market experience significant changes, leading to a rise of retail prices by over 3% a month, the client agrees that the Fair retains a right to alter the prices stipulated in the application form and the client agrees to pay the altered price before the deadline stipulated in the invoice.
By signing this application form – contract, the client agrees with the general terms and conditions provided by the Fair, which are integral part of this application – contract and with the payment methods and procedures stipulated in the application form.
In case of legal disputes, the jurisdiction falls with the Commercial Court in Novi Sad.
