About the fair
The 5th International GASTRONOMIC FESTIVAL is organised within the scope of the Specialised Autumn Exhibitions – the 40th International Fair of TOURISM, 13th International Fair of HOTELKEEPING AND CATERING, 44th International Fair of FOOD AND BEVERAGES and the 40th International Fair LORIST. Its aim is to gather hotelkeeping and catering industry and present achievements in cooking and food production, as a unique selling point of the tourist offer in this part of Europe.
