The "Petar Davidović" recognition is awarded for successful coverage of events organized at the Novi Sad Fair during one season of fair events.

This year, the "Petar Davidović" award for 2022 was equally awarded to Mirela Mitrić and Goran Eror, RTV journalists.

According to the opinion of the Jury, they made a personal affirmative contribution to the dissemination of information about the events at the Novi Sad Fair, not only in the media service of Vojvodina but also at the events held in our century-old fair house.

The "Petar Davidović" recognition was established in memory of the late Tanjug journalist and a great friend of the Novi Sad Fair, Petar Davidović. It was first awarded in 2002, within the scope of the second Media Fair. This recognition is awarded for successful coverage of events organized at the Novi Sad Fair during one season of fair events.

The first laureate was journalist Slobodan Bajić, a "Večernje novosti" correspondent from Novi Sad. In 2003, the Award went to "Politika" correspondent from Novi Sad, Slavoljub Živković. Nikola Perković from "Pobjeda" – Podgorica won the "Petar Davidović" Award in 2004. The fourth laureate was a "Glas javnosti" correspondent from Novi Sad, Nenad Ćaćić.
A journalist from the Radio-broadcasting company of Vojvodina, Goran Pejčić, has won the "Petar Davidović" recognition, awarded by the Novi Sad Fair in 2007. The winner of the Novi Sad Fair journalism award "Petar Davidović" for 2008. is Radio Belgrade journalist - Petar Kočić.

The winner of the Novi Sad Fair journalism award "Petar Davidović" for 2009. is "Blic" journalist - Aleksandar Savanović.

In 2010, the Award went to "Beta" Agency, a correspondent from Novi Sad, Darko Šper.  The ninth laureate was Agency "Srna" correspondent in Novi Sad - Slobodan Kovačević. Zdravko Grumić from Agency Tanjug - a correspondent from Novi Sad won the "Peter Davidović" Award in 2012.

For an exceptional contribution to the promotion of the International Agricultural Fair, as well as all other fair manifestations in Novi Sad in 2014, the award was presented to the photojournalist of the "Tanjug" Agency, Jaroslav Pap.

In 2015, the award went to Milan Brašnjović, a journalist at Radio Television of Vojvodina, and in 2016 to Mihail Berček. In 2017, the award was given to the journalist of the Broadcasting Institution of Vojvodina, Radio Novi Sad, Đura Vukelić. He has been following the work of the Novi Sad Fair for years, first as a journalist for Tanjug, then as a journalist for Radio Novi Sad, but also as our colleague he participates in the preparation of Fair information. He also made a significant contribution to writing news for the portal of the Novi Sad Fair.

The journalist award of the Novi Sad fair "Petar Davidović" for 2018 was presented to the author and host of the agricultural show "Otkos", Slaviša Dabižljević, which is shown on Novi Sad television. In 2021, the award was presented to the newspaper "Poljoprivrednik", which then marked 65 years of publication.

 In the year 2022, the "Petar Davidović" award went to Đorđe Simović, a journalist from Radio Novi Sad - RTV, for affirming the Agricultural Fair in 2021.
